Its a lively, clean and vibrant place but it is expensive. The kids do have fun and the variety of games is awesome. The place is colourful, clean and lots going on. There is a great variety of games and laserhunt/lasertag.
It would be fun for adults on a date night, or teens catching up with friends and playing lasertag but it's not affordable to be at for very long.
It has a fun, busy atmosphere and is usually worth saving to take my kids once or twice a year.
Only taking 1 star off because of issues with the cards last 2 times I went as well as not liking the prizes value for tokens.
With our card issue, even after discussing it when we noticed on the first game the resolution was penalised by replacing the card with one that had limited access to games. Could only use half the arcade machines and my kids couldn't use the ones they were excited about. I felt so sad and like a let down to them. They were so excited all week to go here but luckily they still were grateful. When you put aside and pay for something pricey, you don't judge the price because all businesses have overheads and reasons for their prices but you do just hope you get what you pay for.
The kids still love it though so it is worth saving for as a treat once or twice a year. As well as the birthday parties my kids have attended there it had seemed like kids have a great time.
I do believe most of the time they get it right, the staff are very welcoming and friendly, it's just unfortunate we had our issue twice in a row.
One of a kind operation in Geelong. Laser tag and arcade for the kids and adults. Digital ticket system so the kids get to select prizes at the end of the session. Join the VIP program before you go and save $$$$
Recommend for a day out of the sun or even a day to just go nuts. Plan on spending $30-50 per kid.
How much do I need to say about one of the coolest arcade franchises period.
Awesome games always heaps to choose from never a long wait perfect for all ages and capability tho it does get super loud very hard to hear any one speak, small ticket prizes could do with an update also the accessibility in the Geelong store not great.
Tho as you can imagine no kid ever leaves disappointed fantastic fun and safe way to spend a small amount of money and make a huge impact on your kids day, an addition of a sitting area where drinks are aloud would be great tho after a couple hours of play it gets hot in the store.
5 stars tho. Will be back many time in the near future 😊
A game bugged out and just took our money and did not allow us to play properly. We went to the staff to explain what happened and she was no help at all.
The female staff member just reset the game and said come back later, no free play or giving our money back.
Visited this venue during my lasertag tour around Australia. The arena is equipped with 24 Laserforce Gen8 vests and 3 base targets. The staff were very friendly.
Kids loved it. Great fun and the staff were very patient with the oldies.
Absolutely loved it, the staff were unbelievably helpful & kind when my daughter lost her card. Willing to travel from ballarat to go again it's that good 🙂 …
Playing most games for 1 hr for $25 seemed like a pretty great deal. Way too much plastic junk on offer in the ticket reward store. I'd love to see this change dramatically.
